Rebecca L.A. Wood, J.D. 
Rebecca Wood received her undergraduate degree from King College in Bristol, TN (BA 1988), and her law degree from the University of Florida (JD 2010). She has been practicing in Gainesville since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2010.
Rebecca practices primarily real property law. Much of her work involves real estate transactions and title work, from the initial purchase agreement through closing, and the issuance of the title policy. She provides the full range of advisory, transactional and documentary support for real estate purchase and sale transactions of all kinds.
She is also involved with representation of homeowner associations, including foreclosure litigation arising from unpaid assessments. Other areas of practice include preparation of leases and formation of business entities.
